Set Key Frame Command
The set key frame command opens the Offset frame dialog that lets you enter the frame number that the current key frame is supposed to be moved to. If the destination frame already is a key frame the Overwrite keyframe dialog opens that lets you overwrite the existing key frame. Key frame channel values are not affected by the move.
